Jarrod told me that the police dept was giving out free steering wheel locks to Kia owners. I would never have known about this if he hadn’t told me. I picked one up that same day at KCPD. There has been lots of vandalism to cars and auto theft in my neighborhood, so now I feel better about the safety of my car. The waiting room was packed with people and an annoying TV program was blaring. It was like a waiting room to enter xxxx. So I walked down to the Dollar Store and CVS instead. By the time I finished my shopping and walked back, my car was ready. There were still some of the same people in the waiting room! More

After 90 minutes, my car was still not in the shop for an oil change appointment. I was offered an appointment the next day and my KIA would be picked up and returned with a FULL tank. When my car was return oil change appointment. I was offered an appointment the next day and my KIA would be picked up and returned with a FULL tank. When my car was returned the tank was 1/2 full and the oil reminder was not reset. I had to make a 3rd trip to the service department to have it reset. Very disappointing experience. More

Chip was a very caring and personable salesman. You could use more like him. Brought the car back in and picked up my title (which I might add, had someone elses extra key in with my paperwork) a You could use more like him. Brought the car back in and picked up my title (which I might add, had someone elses extra key in with my paperwork) and got my oil changed and had regular maintenance completed. Service department did a great job. My only comment would be that when I bought my vehicle and came in to pick it up it was on empty with the empty tank light on.. I couldn't even make it home without having to stop for gas. More
