The service department is always a pleasure to deal with. They are quick in getting cars done and out to the customer. Jarrod is a great service advisor, and calls to update if anything unexpected is found They are quick in getting cars done and out to the customer. If a car is needed so you can go do errands that day, or keep until your car is done, Aly is also great to work with, and her communication with customers is superior. Brought in the car for some recall service. Other services were recommended, but when we declined, there was no pressure, no cajoling, no hard sell. Appointment was for 10 am for an oil change. Service department attempted to upsell services that were not required or needed at this time. When services were denied, service department stated it would be a minimum of 1 1/2 hours for the oil change. After an hour and a half, informed service department i was being picked up for lunch. Service department stated, "Oh, we are sorry. Your car was been completed for awhile now." Basically they wasted my time as my car sat ouside, with service completed. I believe this happened because i did not agree to all the additional work they stated must be completed. Because we purchased our car from them, we had 4 free oil changes, but i do not believe we will go back for the 2 we have left. More
