I brought our 2008 Kia Spectra in for an airbag light and was told it would be over $1,000 to fix it. I brought this same car in multiple times while my grandma owned this car for the sensor not working. Now was told it would be over $1,000 to fix it. I brought this same car in multiple times while my grandma owned this car for the sensor not working. Now that the warranty has expired it needs to be fixed. I contacted Kia directly and left a message for a supervisor. I never received a call back. I’m extremely dissatisfied with The dealership and Kia. DON’T BUY A KIA!!!!! More

I don’t mind that it took some time to get into the shop and serviced. The fact that they were forthright with the schedule and the quality of the work are highly commendable. More

Feel comfortable he will ensure the issue is resolved. Cannot say the same about some other service departments. More
