Came for an oil change and an inspection. Oil change warning light wasn’t reset, coolant wasn’t topped off, wiper fluid wasn’t topped off. I had to add both coolant and wiper fluid a week a Oil change warning light wasn’t reset, coolant wasn’t topped off, wiper fluid wasn’t topped off. I had to add both coolant and wiper fluid a week after the visit. I have to have the dealership reset the light. Not real pleased. More
They’ve always been so fantastic. People are always pleasant. However, I brought my radio in to be checked due to water damage from the inside (no fault of mine) so it was replaced. When I got my new one, I was not able to connect to the radio since I drove off. I gave it some time to see if it was the weather or a fluke but it never got better. I asked them to look at it at my routine maintenance visit and was told my antenna was broken and was no longer under warranty. I wish I would have just left my radio that worked and told time and connected to Bluetooth than the new one that doesn’t connect and hasn’t since I drove it off the lot. More

He was able to keep us interested even after having to tell us the listed price on AutoTrader and Cars.com was after $3,000 in cred purchase process. The explanation of the credits were hidden and not in plain sight on the listing. That sort of advertising by the dealership is a concern. More
