I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND IM SOOO TIRED OF TAKING MY CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE 3RD TME AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST . A PAIR OF STRUTS AND THE MOUNT THAT IS PART OF T SOOO TIRED OF TAKING MY CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE 3RD TME AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST . A PAIR OF STRUTS AND THE MOUNT THAT IS PART OF THE ASSEMBLY AND COST ME AT LEAST 1300 ORIGINALLY BUT SINCE THE INITIAL REPAIR THE NOISE STILL EXIST. YES MY KIA SORENTO IS A 2012 AND HAS 253,000 MILES BUT IT STILL SHOULDN'T BE MAKING THE NOISE THAT IT DOES .NO I WOULDN'T REFER ANYONE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH AT LEAST 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME NOISE THAT I WAS TOLD WAS THE STRUT MOUNT. IM TIRED AND THIS CAR IS MADE BY THEM AND THEY CAN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. More

Took my 23 sportag back for 4th recall. Told the technician that there was a growling noise between 68-75 mph.asked if someone could test drive my car. The tech told me that they were worki Told the technician that there was a growling noise between 68-75 mph.asked if someone could test drive my car. The tech told me that they were working on 100 cars a day. I took that to mean no test drive. Got my car back noise still there. Since then check engine light came on. Took car to advanced auto the code was related to the cooling system. Called Oakes they it would take 20 days to get it in. I'm taking it in on August 1st. I've bought 2 cars from you in the last 24 months. To be continued. More
I was notified earlier in the year that there was a recall for the anti theft security system. After talking with someone in service, it was advised that since I had an after market remote starter inst recall for the anti theft security system. After talking with someone in service, it was advised that since I had an after market remote starter installed last year, that I shouldn’t have the service recall performed. I brought my car in for an oil change, while scheduling the service, the girl told me there was a recall on the anti theft security system, and I told her I had an after market remote starter, and she confirmed that I shouldn’t have the service performed, stating she would “remove it”. As I was paying for my oil change I was informed that the recall HAD been performed. After talking with the man in service & explaining why it wasn’t supposed to be completed, we walked out to my car to see if the remote starter would work. It didn’t the first 2 attempts, but then did. I’m praying that it isn’t intermittent. I will most definitely be in touch if it stops working. Do better. More
