I had a scheduled appointment for a 50,000 mile check plus oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted to know the status of all other systems monitored in the 50,000 check up. I scheduled an appointment and waited with my car. After nearly 3 hours and now just before 5pm, I went and inquired about the status of my vehicle. I was told that they forgot to check my vehicle in and it had not yet been worked. I asked how much longer and they said everyone who works on the cars have left for the day. I could bring it in the next day but it would be a “work-in” and would take about one to one and a half hours. I went back the next day and waited about 2 hours. The manager escorted me out to my car. I was not provided any receipt, I was not told what was checked and what was found. I have no idea if my tires had been rotated as I had asked. As I was walking to my car with the manager, thankfully he yelled and I jumped toward him. One of the service employees was backing a vehicle out of the one way service drop off lane but going in the wrong direction. Had the manager not screamed, I would have been run over. As I was driving my car home, I noticed the sticker said next oil change due in 3000 miles. I had asked to continue to use only synthetic oil as this is what I have always used. I was concerned that the wrong type oil was put in my car. So I called back to dealership and no one could answer my question. I ended up driving back to the service department again. After several minutes of checking, the attendant came back and told me that they put in the oil lasting 7500 miles. He then went on to say that they don’t even use the non-synthetic oil that is changed every 3000 miles. So if they don’t even use that oil, why would the sticker be so wrong? I asked several times for a receipt and was told one would be emailed. I have never received any follow up and it has been 3 weeks. I don’t think I would feel comfortable returning here for service or sales. More
