Poor communication with title staff. Person was to call me back but did not. I was issued an expired vehicle inspection and I wanted to find out my options. I was told that my 2015 Toyota Sienna I bought only had one key. So I got a new key and had it programed @ a locksmith. Then on Nov 23rd 2022, I picked up my title work and was told in the package was a pair of keys for my van. I told the Lady that Tim H. my sales person said no more keys availiable. But yet there they are! Cost me about $100..00! I have since found the locksmith receipt. No one even said they where sorry! I got more to say, but I'm tired. More
It took 4 appts and two weeks to repair my the sensor/wiring harness. The first three times I picked up my car only to have the same error code flash on my dash. so I drove back to the service b sensor/wiring harness. I even mentioned that it could be the wiring harness and that was dismissed. A simple google search offered that as the issue so I would assume the technician would be aware of that. More
