FANTASTIC FIRST IMPRESSION~~ I was due for a much needed oil change after driving across country, and decided to pull into Oakland Acura service department. I bumped into Jose whe I was due for a much needed oil change after driving across country, and decided to pull into Oakland Acura service department. I bumped into Jose when I entered the service department, and he assisted me with my oil change, among other services! 1 hour!!!! And to think I avoided this for the last week because I didn't want to wait!!! OH!! And I used their shuttle service to meet a few friends for brunch!!! Great Job!! I'll definitely be returning for services!! More

Service Center Review Thank you to my service advisor Sunday. He did a quick fix on the rear hatch pull cover handle, since it popped off while I was loading groceries. Excellent service and very satisfied customer Took my RDX in for its regular service which is always a very easy process. During the check in I called out 2 issues with the car that I wanted them Took my RDX in for its regular service which is always a very easy process. During the check in I called out 2 issues with the car that I wanted them to look at. Jose Monterossa was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. The great news was both issues could be covered under warranty - no questions asked, just great service. Jose kept me up to date throughout the day and also personally explained all of the work that had been done when I picked up my clean car at the end of the day.
