Chris Smith was amazing from start to finish. He understood my needs, but I wasn't sure which vehicle would fit my lifestyle. After Chris patiently took me on for 3 test drives, I never thought I wo understood my needs, but I wasn't sure which vehicle would fit my lifestyle. After Chris patiently took me on for 3 test drives, I never thought I would have left that day with my brand new XT5. The general manager, Mr. JC Kent was extremely helpful by getting me out of my Audi lease into my new Cadillac lease. The Sales Mangers, Blake and Carlos were equally important through the easy process. With all the support from Chris, JC, Blake and, Carlos, the process took less time than ever expected. Ocean Cadillac is the dealership to go to. I highly recommend the dealer to all my friends and family. Thank you gentleman for following-up even after the sale. I love my XT5!! More
