Went for my yearly oil change with an appointment made - hope188675

Went for my yearly oil change with an appointment made with Barbara. I mentioned to her I will be taking a trip with my vehicle in December to South Carolina. She suggested I come by before I leave for a courtesy top off of all my fluids and check my tires. That gave me great peace of mind.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. - Nyurcaj

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was fabulous! Incredible service by everyone there. All of the service Guys were super nice and offering to help me get me started. Team work there is Great! I Had a ride home from Martin and pick up he was Awesome and of course Edgar is always so helpful and quick. Also Manny has been my Superman in times where I've stalled out and he's come to my rescue on numerous occasions. I continue buying from Cadillac because of your Superior Service Team! Thank You all!!!!

Andres is just not a helpful representative. - Twp9999

Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them

This place is a scam. - bb

This place is a scam. Brought in Cadillac XT5 for service. First, they tried to sell me a new battery for $525. New batteries cost in the $250 range. Then the invoice of all the other work didn't add up correctly. Then they charged a credit card fee of 3%. Who brings cash? No dealer ever charge CC fees on service.

I don't have enough wonderful things to say about this - AlinaC31

I don't have enough wonderful things to say about this place and Ricardo Zambrano. Ricardo is one of the most genuine, caring and professional individuals my family and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He understood exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the deal. I am glad to be part of the Cadillac family now, I love my new XT5, and I highly recommend visiting Ricardo over at this dealership if you're car shopping. I am immensely grateful to Ricardo, as well as Jonathan in Finance, for the quick and painless process!
