Choosing a new car I had been driving a 2001 Sedan DeVille when it became necessary to choose a new car. I had definite ideas about what I wanted, After being introduced to Pat, I shared with her what I was looking for in a new car. She showed me only vehicles that met my specifications. There were NO suggestions of a car that exceeded my needs. After seeing only the second car that Pat showed me, of those available at this dealership, I was able to make my choice. Pat then explained all of the pros and cons of purchasing vs. leasing. Being a senior citizen, I chose to lease. I was introduced to the Sales Manager and the Finance Officer; both gentlemen were very personable. I could expound more about this experience; however, in the effort of brevity, I must say that the entire experience was painless because of the attention that Pat gave to me and my personal needs.. Also, Andy Russell, Finance Officer, guided me through all of the closing activities with unexpected efficiency that I had no concerns about Insurance transfer or any other activities that I had anticipated doing myself.
