When I leased this car the sales person knew very little on how to lease a car. We were there hours later than we should have been. I took it in for service recently and the rep I dealt with dropped the on how to lease a car. We were there hours later than we should have been. I took it in for service recently and the rep I dealt with dropped the ball, didn’t contact me when I was finished, I waited 3 extra hours before showing up, as they couldn’t get a hold of my rep. When I got there he was watching a movie on his phone and didn’t look up as I stood in front of him. The car still wasn’t ready ( a mere oil change) and then he said it was being washed. I told him I was out of time and to bring the car around. It came eventually but the service wasn’t good, beginning to end. More
