Mike K the General Sales Manager recognized my name from previous business we had done with him on other cars and actually reached out to us directly. We were impressed! He responded quickly, answered our initial questions & accommodated our last minute & potentially after hours visit. Upon arrival, Mike K greeted us both at the door with a warm smile & a firm handshake. He connected us instantly with Roland, the "all things Chrysler" expert. We explained exactly what we were & were not looking for and Roland promptly began the process. He was kind enough to show us 3 different trim packages. After comparing the 3 options, we were excited to have a variety to choose from and splurged on a pretty sweet 75th anniversary edition Sahara with a few extra bells & whistles. Throughout the whole process, though, Roland was never "pushy"...he simply explained the differences, the features & benefits, and let us make the decisions. The application & finance process with Don Metivier was smooth & quick (yes, I wrote that properly). The process from the initial inquiry to the handshake & exchange of keys was perfectly orchestrated. No time was wasted, the negotiations were not stressful (not that there's much to negotiate with Wranglers) & every single person that was involved in this transaction was SUCH a help. My husband & I would highly recommend the entire team at Tasca Jeep in Westerly. Mike K, thank you for making this experience such an amazing one.
