Excellent service rep, always clear and concise status reports and time of completion. Mechanic did wonderful job finding and fixing necessary items that we had no knowledge of. Dealership is neat and staff is polite. Price for service in this case was reasonable. Only issue that I had was that I booked online and ordered certain work done by following the various Price for service in this case was reasonable. However when I got to Ocean Honda all they had on my reservation was the time of the reservation - nothing on the work that I ordered done!!!??? Maybe Ocean might want to fix the web page to work better for next time. More
