I had an appointment for my Honda’s oil change. today. I was told about an hour as a half. Went to do errands and came back at 1&1/2 hrs. I was told another 1&1/2 hrs! I left and had it done elsewhere in 30’. While the Service Rep, Tim, was polite this wait time was ridiculous. Plus, I wish I had been told - not only at the time I made the spot, but at the time I left to do errands. 3 hours and it hadn’t been started?? More

I was not going to have Ocean Honda perform a complete brake service as I was going to go elsewhere, until I spoke to Alexis and he convinced me to have the work performed by a Honda Dealership.
