I am not sure of the woman’s name but I will certainly be bringing in a gift of thanks. The receptionist had to deal with me being very frustrated and yelling, it was not her fault, she handled the situation with grace and “unreasonable hospitality”. In went to the Service Department, because I needed to have my brake fluid changed, as indicated by the code on my CR-V console. While I was there, the inspection showed that I also needed a new battery ( have my brake fluid changed, as indicated by the code on my CR-V console. While I was there, the inspection showed that I also needed a new battery (which I previously thought I needed and wasn't surprised about) and that I needed new tires (which I was not previously aware of but also didn't surprise me). I was very happy that these things were found and that I was able to get them taken care of so quickly, especially with winter approaching. More
