Brett and team have been extremely helpful with my situation, rodents ate through the wires. It has been a hugely frustrating time with the insurance company and Brett and the receptionist have been v situation, rodents ate through the wires. It has been a hugely frustrating time with the insurance company and Brett and the receptionist have been very helpful and courteous. I’d like to give kudos to both of them. I am not sure of the woman’s name but I will certainly be bringing in a gift of thanks. The receptionist had to deal with me being very frustrated and yelling, it was not her fault, she handled the situation with grace and “unreasonable hospitality”. That is my company’s motto for our customers. It applies here. Your entire team at ocean is very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you, happy holidays! More
