Pleasantly Surprised I now consider myself an expert since Bernardi was the 10th dealership I visited. Almost didn't go there because of some bad reviews. This dealership was great! Really! Thanks to everyone: Good front desk staff. Excellent sales experience from Jim Roane - attentive, honest, not pushy. The Sales Manager, John was totally NOT a jerk! The Finance guy was kinda entertaining and came off as fair and honest. The service guys were quick and attentive. And thanks to Lunel (who wasn't my sales guy but helped me with some technology anyway) Thank you! I truly felt like they were trying to help me buy a car - not "screw" me over like I felt with a lot of other dealers. And I must admit … the Diner located inside the dealership - and the free lunch was a plus! More

Upon first arriving at Bernardi Honda, my wife and I were greeted initially, by a salesperson whom we expressed that we were only looking. He stated to take your time. Lunel proved to be a very helpful and accommodating individual. He worked with us and the sales team in trying to keep us within our budget which we truly appreciated. Lunel is a very personable and friendly person. Not only did he help us with our purchase, but he knew it was getting late and he offered us lunch, on the house! We gladly accepted. My wife and I had planned to look at other dealers which we had researched, in advance. After meeting and dealing with Lunel, we had no intentions of looking any further. I would highly recommend Lunel as a salesperson to deal with at Bernardi Honda. I was looking for a used RAV4 Limited. After two weeks of looking on line and at local dealerships, I found a 2010 RAV 4 Limited at two dealerships. I looked at the Bernardi Honda Rav first, got a price i of looking on line and at local dealerships, I found a 2010 RAV 4 Limited at two dealerships. I looked at the Bernardi Honda Rav first, got a price including my trade in. The RAV was exceptionally clean, I asked to view the RAV in the new car delivery area and our salesman ( Jim Roane ) was very accommodating . I then went to Boch Toyota to view their 2011 RAV 4 Limited. Boch's RAV was an absolute mess, my wife and I sat in the car for a trust drive and we noticed it reeked of smoke, and was dirty. The outside was full of dents, scrapes and dings. The salesman had our car appraised during the test drive. They offered $2100 LESS for my trade than Bernardi did ( what crooks and what a joke of a dealership ). I called the sales manager ( William Tulloch ) back at Bernardi and made an offer that he accepted. So, bottom line, Bernardi was fair to deal with, the personnel I dealt with were professionals. I would definitely recommend others when purchasing a vehicle to give Bernardi Honda in Brockton Ma a try. More

My name is Catherine Silva, I went there to co sign for my granddaughter, Jazmin Lacy, that bought a Honda Accord Coupe used 2009. The people they were fantastic. The salesman went out of his way and h my granddaughter, Jazmin Lacy, that bought a Honda Accord Coupe used 2009. The people they were fantastic. The salesman went out of his way and helped us. The general manager was fantastic. We had a problem with the insurance company and we were there till way after 5 to get the car registered. We had to go through a different insurance company, the insurance company we had tried had said everything was all set, then they couldn't send the RMV1 form had something to do with the fact my granddaughter was registering in Mass and the car was going to be garaged in South Carolina at the base she is stationed yet. What a mess with went through. Thank god we were able to get another company to handle this. I tell you everyone there was some helpful and pleasant and very patient. I would recommend you people to anyone who is looking for a car. I had purchased mine Honda at Silko in Raynham and if I ever need to buy a new one I will go there. Thank you for everything.
