Didn't need the pitch from the Sales Manager; this almost lost the sale because I started to re-examine everything. Also, just a little too "salesy". Had an email from dealership after submitting application for financing, but when I tried to reach individual at number provided nobody knew who I was referring to and indicated the extension didn't exist. This was confusing. When reviewing financing, one thing really bothered me and couldn't be explained. I think I should be able to get an explanation for any number on any document that I'm being asked to sign. Otherwise, all went smoothly. More

My husband and I went there to look at a mini van we saw online on a Sunday. Our sales person was Sam Casseus. We had our children and dog with us. Sam was very friendly, professional but relaxed. My salesman, Jim Roane, was great. He was courteous, cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would go to him again for a car without hesitation. As for my experience in the Business Office, I was not happy. I felt I was being held hostage. I was there for nearly 3 hours. He tried to sell me on maintenance and gap insurance. I did not want this and kept insisting I was not interested. Finally I told him I wanted to talk with my insurance agent. She said she did not feel I needed this due to our driving record so again I said I did not want it. He said he was very surprised that my insurance agent did not recommend it. Enough. With that, we got up and left. I was so exhausted from this ordeal I had to come home and rest. Because of Jim Roane, I would go back but would refuse to sit in the business office again for three hours. What a turn off. More
