I saw Lunel in October, but it wasn't the right time to buy a car yet. The first time he helped me it was such a fun experience test driving and he was so friendly and knowledgable and even reached out aft buy a car yet. I'm astounded at the customer service he provided and the experience I had. He helped me every step of the way and provided complimentary food for me and my mother at the time of signing around dinner time. He introduced me to the right finance manager who fixed a great deal, and a service team member, Anthony, who came out into the cold when my mother accidentally locked the key in the truck. He listened patiently, answered my questions, and was never pushy. I went in with a certain payment in my mind, as was able to walk away with the lease within my budget. Not only was Chris extremely helpful the day that I leased the car, but he has since contacted me to see if I was still satisfield with the car. Great dealership, shiny new. I love the Jimbos Diner right in the dealership so you can get something to eat or drink while you are there. They have so many cars on the lot you are bound to find the co right in the dealership so you can get something to eat or drink while you are there. They have so many cars on the lot you are bound to find the color and model you want. They will even wash your car once a week just bring it in no charge. They gave me a great price without haggling, I hate that. Buying a car is supposed to be fun and exciting, not exhausting like 8 hours of labor. More
