From start to finish the people at Bernardi took the time to truly understand my needs and provide me the car and loan that was right for me. At no time did I feel the slightest bit pressured, and despite my finance challenges I never felt as though I was being treated differently or judged in any way. From my first contact with the finance manager, Omar all the way through meeting with my salesman, Lunel I had no doubt that they truly had my best interests at heart. Lunel found me the perfect car for me, walked me through all of the features and didn't spend time trying to up-sell me on vehicles that he knew wouldn't be a fit for me. Omar spent a lot of time and effort making sure that I had the best loan possible, and he succeeded with flying colors. I have walked out of dealerships in the past because it was all too overwhelming and I felt extremely pressured. The people at Bernardi helped me complete the entire process within a matter of hours, and now I have a new reliable and affordable car that I love. I recently switched to Bernardi Honda after going to Herb Chambers in Seekonk and Silko Honda in Raynham. While waiting for my vehicle, he would keep me informed of how much longer the wait was and always greeted myself, along with other customers, with a genuine smile. I have continued to use this location for my service needs because they have excellent customer service skills and truly take pride in the great job they provide. I praise Anthony and his other staff members because they have been kind, courteous, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. This service department has been outstanding compared to the others I have dealt with in the past. On my first visit, Lunel (sales rep) approached me as I was getting out of my car and greeted me into the dealership. I knew exactly what I was here to see, and Lunel quickly got a set of keys to a new Pilot and had me on the road for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and any questions he didn't have the answer to, he followed up on as soon as we got to the dealership. Their price was better than any other local Honda dealer. It didn't take long before I signed the papers. Ray in finance was also very helpful with the rest of the paperwork process. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend Bernardi Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda! More
