I bought a brand new Honda CR-V 2012 from James Lewis who was knowledgeable and patient since this was my first new car ever I had many questions. Ray Ng was the business employee who helped with the money issues since I paid cash there was no financing and he explained all the ins and outs of accessories such as warantees and extras. When I got home I realized there was no rubber brake pedal cover I came back to the dealership and dealt with Owen Garber who was patient and immediately ordered the part, called me when it came in installed it and washed my car for me. Although I started this process ignorant and scared the staff at Bernardi helped me relax and understand not only the process but what I actually wanted and needed. I will forever be grateful and will gladly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
