Service person arrived and told him nothing was wrong. Idle stop wasn’t working and I had told tech that it said it wasn’t charged enough to work. Car had been sitting in the drive thru area for at least 20 minutes. When I read the report it said they charged my battery. Tech told me nothing was wrong. Why would a 2 year old vehicle have a low battery? The car is under warranty and I expected better from your service dept. More

Generally excellent service, but even though I am under the coverage of a five-year Car Doc maintenance program that includes oil and oil filter change, I was charged for those items plus labor the last ti the coverage of a five-year Car Doc maintenance program that includes oil and oil filter change, I was charged for those items plus labor the last time I had my car serviced.
