Lunel was a tremendous help in finding my needle in the haystack. I had cash and wanted to buy a used SUV with less than 80000 miles, younger than a 2004, good shape around $13000. The sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They worked as a team with each member supporting one another. All questions were answered and there was no pressure put on to close the sale before the c worked as a team with each member supporting one another. The final price was as agreed over the internet, with no haggling or last minute sales manager's intervention to get more prior to closing. My wife and I were very impressed by the new building, service department and choice of selection of new vehicles. We just purchased a new Honda Pilot 2011 from Bernardi Brockton. We had an excellent experience. We live 1.5 hours away west and were looking for a deal on a new Pilot. After checking local dealers we Brockton. We had an excellent experience. We live 1.5 hours away west and were looking for a deal on a new Pilot. After checking local dealers we were told that they are in short supply due to the Japan earthquake. For this reason we could not get a good price on the car, the model, and the color we wanted. One dealer wanted to add $1200 on top of the sticker price in mandatory accessories. I thought that if we find a bigger dealer they will have more supply and would be more willing to negotiate the price. We googled "the largest Honda dealer in Massachusetts" and Bernardi showed up. We submitted a request via their website about the price range that we were looking for and got a response in 5 seconds (really). Another local dealer took 7 hours to give a response. The level of professionalism and customer service at Bernardi Brockton is amazing. The staff was very, very polite, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. The bottom line: We got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted that no other dealer around us could give us.
