I had a problem with my 2019 Accord and had to have it towed to Ocean Honda. Luckily Christian Delauro helped figure out that the issue was with my inline fuel injector. It took a few days to secure the correct part but Christian made sure that I had a loaner vehicle to use during the time it took to replace the fuel injector. In addition Christian checked my warranty and discovered that everything was covered. That is how thorough and professional Christian and everyone in the service department are.
