I brought up apple carplay connection issues with the 2024 Honda Passport. The service notes stated I was using a third party cable that was causing the issue and recommend I use a OEM cable. When I’ve been using the same cable since we began the lease and the apple CarPlay worked just fine then. The service notes left seem to be a lazy excuse from Honda service department to not bother actually looking into the issue. This sort of service is what turns customers away from Honda. Since my lease is ending within the year I’m definitely considering switching to another car brand. Laziness like this stains the Honda brand. More

The service could use a few improvements. I received a notice stating that oil changes not completed within 60 minutes was free, mine took 1.5 hrs and I was still charged. There were recommended services on my paperwork that were never brought up during the close out process. It would be nice if estimated costs are provided next to the recommendation(s) that are good for 30 days. When I got back into my car, the seat was adjusted as if the techs were driving it all day and they turned off my headlights. More

Travis was very friendly and helpful. He did as much as he could to ease the pain of me having to now pay $520 Monthlies on a leased Honda Accord Sport that i have paid over $18K in month He did as much as he could to ease the pain of me having to now pay $520 Monthlies on a leased Honda Accord Sport that i have paid over $18K in monthly payments over the last 3 years!!! I was shocked at how dumb i was to ever lease a vehicle, especially with high resale vehicles like mine..... oh well... never again! Anyway Travis did a good job otherwise. More
