The customer service component was good. My complaint is that the exiting driveway is extremely steep and can ruin your whole suspension. I exited with extreme caution and still had a horrible experience coming down that driveway. That driveway should have been attended to a while back!!!! I'm in total disbelief how that parking lot/service department driveway has been neglected, nothing has been done. Even though I live in Whittier and you're the closest Honda dealership to me, I will never go back. I don't was to ruin my car's suspension as I exit the service department. I paid way too much for my Honad Accord Hybrid Sport to mistreat it in any way. Also, they didn't bother to wash my car. Other Honda shops will wash my vehicles and or give me a voucher to get it washed at a near by car wash.😒 More
