Extremely knowledgeable, no pressure tactics, and a pleasant experience all around, from negotiating over the phone to relaxing at the dealership lounge while the process was worked out. Mazda is well worth a look. The Old Guard should take note!! More

Let me start by saying our salesman was great. He did everything a salesperson should do. We highly recommend Xavier. But after that things drop off quickly! I would recommend you travel a little further everything a salesperson should do. We highly recommend Xavier. But after that things drop off quickly! I would recommend you travel a little further to another town to purchase your vehicle. New or used. This dealership is the worst ever! This dealership lacks any integrity, customer service and communication if you have issues. Our car was returned to us twice with issues and broken parts that we were blamed for! Management should have never allowed this to happen. It all comes down to the dealership trying to go a cheap way out on our BMW, using aftermarket parts and not oem. Which we were told by BMW that how they(Mazda) fixed it, could cause the turbo coolant lines to blow out at any unexpected time! Long story short for now...our car was returned with a broken shock(trunk lid)...that we were blamed for breaking...and to our knowledge the original issue that was found on the test drive(turbo coolant lines) are still not corrected. Out of 70 days they kept our car 56 of those Supposedly working on it. For management to allow these things to happen shows us it’s all about the numbers not repeat customers. At this point I’m Sad to say if our issues are not 100% resolved we are looking into hiring legal counsel..The thing is...they’ve had plenty of time to do things correctly and ignored us and the problems. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Roswell Mazda. Anthony was wonderful. Not a high pressure salesman which we appreciated so much. Firstly the dealership: it’s a good dealership with probably the best pricing in the Atlanta suburbs. He is not pushy and explains the details of the product very nicely ... just how a good sales person should be like.
