Mainly, I fault his manager and the finance staff, whom I never met or talked with. Being unaware of which one worked on my transaction, I rated both of them with obe star. The whole interaction was a circus. I was required to bring my wife in, although she clearly gave me power of attorney to deal with the car. i was not allowed to explain this to the finance staffer, who erroneously told Mr. Usman she could not delegate the authority to me (I had the notarized form. The selection of available vehicles was good, and the pricing was reasonable, if a little higher than I'd like (the market is very strange right now, so I can't make too harsh of a judgment on that front). The dealership is very clean and nice inside. They employ many of the typical pressure sales tactics, but there weren't any "dirty tricks" like hidden fees on the car or bait-and-switch tactics. I deducted a star primarily because I saw one of the sales managers yell at a salesperson over the customer's offer on a car. If this was faked as a sales tactic, I find that unprofessional. If it was a genuine outburst, then that is all the more unprofessional. Still, my overall experience was more positive than negative, and I would shop there again if they had the car I was looking for. More
