Bahar was fantastic! I bought a vehicle from apparently their sister store (Affordable Autos of Roswell) and immediately had a problem. Erik there was extremely rude and I bought a vehicle from apparently their sister store (Affordable Autos of Roswell) and immediately had a problem. Erik there was extremely rude and not willing to help me at all. Bahar came in and was more than willing to help with the situation even though she didn’t need to. She could give Erik some customer service lessons. Big thank you to you, Bahar! More

I drive a half hour out of my way to avoid multiple bad experiences from another Mazda dealership in Marietta in order to go to Mazda of Roswell -- TRUST ME on the bad experience issue -- I know its always experiences from another Mazda dealership in Marietta in order to go to Mazda of Roswell -- TRUST ME on the bad experience issue -- I know its always "complicated." A really good experience at Mazda of Roswell with people who I believe I can trust. The only thing I would criticize is something that's been mentioned elsewhere and that's the relative unavailability of service appointments...sometimes for weeks at a time the calendar is booked, so you might not be able to take your car in for 3 weeks at tahe time that you try to create your booking. That's not practical...and it could steer me away from the Mazda brand if dealer service just isn't normally available without a 3-4 week leadtime. Something -- not sure what -- needs to be done about that. More
