Great Sales Experience. I had no intention of buying a car. I was in for service on a 2016 Mazda CX-3. Walking around the showroom I noticed a 2019 Mazda 3 that was priced I had no intention of buying a car. I was in for service on a 2016 Mazda CX-3. Walking around the showroom I noticed a 2019 Mazda 3 that was priced right. Mark Krohn was very courteous and worked hard to make the numbers make sense with his manager Phillip. I didn't feel a high pressure sale, but a team that worked hard to make the numbers work for me. A few hours later, I'm the owner of a new Mazda 3 and am very happy. Had an unfortunate visit To service dept a few weeks back, but Nick in service and Brett in sales made it right this go round. You have a real asset in these two. During purchasing process Louis in financing was very condescending when i declined the extended warranty. His whole demeanor changed after that and was done with pleasantries. I realize this is where dealerships make their money but jeez. Somebody should talk to him about this. More
