Service could be better! First when I called for a simple oil change service they were booked up, 2 weeks and I had to come Thursday 2pm but I was on a time frame because I ha First when I called for a simple oil change service they were booked up, 2 weeks and I had to come Thursday 2pm but I was on a time frame because I had to pick my daughter up. I understand that you all were booked, but it’s a simple oil change and I felt you could have been more flexible especially because you don’t detail the car. Secondly I came to my appointment and I seen them pull my car around when they were finished. So I waited, after 15 mins of my car just parked and me waiting I went up to the service desk and they were all standing there talking and laughing and when I told them my car has just been sitting there as there where hanging out talking, he said oh let me get your receipt. My issue is when I initially called for service you all were too booked and busy and I had to come that day and time but when I get there everyone is hanging out and didn’t look like they were servicing any cars as well as you never detailed my car and made me late to pick up my child. More
