Home of the 2 hour oil change Every time I come in for an oil change I am told it will take one hour (which is long to begin with) and end up being there for at least an hour and a Every time I come in for an oil change I am told it will take one hour (which is long to begin with) and end up being there for at least an hour and a half. My most recent oil change took almost 2 hours. This is an absurd amount of time for such a simple service. Timeliness needs work, stop wasting people’s time. Customer service is good otherwise. More

Since I bought my Mazda 6 there in 2012, I have developed many close relationships, most particularly with Louis (Louie) Safdie When I called him about my medical condition, Louis astounded me by offering to send a couple of young men from the Service Dept. to my place to bring my car to the shop for my maintenance check-up and my emission's test (due Feb. 26th on my birthday). Louis coordinated it all and the young men he assigned (Alex & Tyler among others) were true gentlemen in meeting with me before and after they transported the car. It was a wonderful gesture. I'm still wrapping, my head around the sudden medical turn my body has taken and their actions were most gracious. Thanks to one & all! Kent Sanders More
