Dishonest I went in for a minor service, Bluetooth malfunction, and driver headlight out. I was told parts had to send out for a bulb. I was told to fix the light it would cost $950 to change the bulb. Naturally, I said What? I was told the bulb didn’t work and I would need to come another day. Having waited that long, I did not want to come another day. I was told I could have a knock off put in next door at a car assessors business. I said fine. After I waited another 2 or so hours for two head light bulbs, I get in my 10 year old car and noticed my stereo system did not sound the same, but I figured I needed to adjust. On the way home I stopped and tried every configuration. All I could hear is a tinny dashboard speaker. I claim the Bose speaker was exchanged for a cheaper one. Can’t stand the sound. I know the sound of the beautiful Bose system. I drove back and confronted both Andy and Oscar, who both doubled talked. Meanwhile I had to go back the next morning to have the dimmer headlight aligned and complain about the speaker. When I left Oscar and stopped on the road, I couldn’t find the key. It was placed outside with the wiper. Could have flown off on highway, besides the time looking for it. Such a bad experience. I really felt xxxxed with. I probably should check if I have the tires I can in with. BTW, now my fog lights are yellow. Told they always were.?. Also, As I left Mazda the first time, I asked about the Bluetooth malfunction, Andy had forgotten. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes by a technician.. More
Amazing service I wanted to turn in my Mazda CX9, as it was at the end of the leasing term. I didn't really have another CX9 in mind, because I wanted a smaller vehi I wanted to turn in my Mazda CX9, as it was at the end of the leasing term. I didn't really have another CX9 in mind, because I wanted a smaller vehicle. After talking about this with Manuel Patiño, he could't offer me a good deal on a CX5, which was the car I had in mind, but he suggested to try the new CX9, which did have a better program. I test drove a white Grand Touring and was very impressed with the difference regarding the one I had been driving. He came up with a very good deal and I drove off with my new SUV. It was a very satisfying experience and I am very happy to have chosen this great vehicle. I think Ocean Mazda is a great place to shop for and service your cars. More

Disappointment. After having the car for a little more than a year it broke down. Not only that, it even got a recall. When I approached the salesman to talk about these issues, I got forced into leasIng another car (an inferior car) for higher monthly payments. People were nice but not helpful. I cannot wait to finish my contract with Mazda and change to a better company who truly puts their customers first. More
