CX5 not locking automatically Issue was addressed properly although not always automatic locking is disappointing. Getting a loaner was also good service. Great Service and Followup Whenever I have gone to Ocean Mazda they have gone out of their way to assist me with whatever I have needed. This time I had to change my car and I was a bit in a hurry so they helped me with the trade-in and the purchase of a newer car that better fit my needs. I have always dealt with Jorge Rodriguez who has proven to be a very good salesman and has always made me feel comfortable with my purchases, he also follows up with me after the purchase to make sure I am happy and that the car is what I expected. To be honest I have always disliked purchasing cars and having to deal with the negotiating and the waiting but with Ocean Mazda and Jorge, I have felt confident in my purchase and felt that I get a good deal for my money.
