Long wait to check in vehicle although there were several staff just standing around the service area chatting. I also observed no diversity in staff. All staff except for one White male were Hispanic. As I staff just standing around the service area chatting. I also observed no diversity in staff. All staff except for one White male were Hispanic. As I waited for my vehicle I walked around the lot and noticed new and used cars dirty. What happened to management since the last time I was here? Dirty used cars parked in front and fewer new dirty cars in the back. The whole place overall looked terrible. Snack area had a few snacks- needed restocking. Very disappointing More
