I was unable to contact anyone at the dealership in any of the ways they published on their website and their facebook page when the power was out due to an ice storm. As a result, we were unable to pick up my wife's car until Friday when the work was completed on the prior Tuesday. Power and communications outage due to weather, out of your control, that's not the issue, the issue is the lack of response when I attempted to communicate in the ways you specified as a work-around during the outage. If you tell people to contact you via the chat on the website, have more than a bot respond.. if you tell people to use facebook messenger, respond when they send you a message. It's not that hard, and not that you care as evidenced by the non-response to the previous communications, but I will never return to your dealership. I'll be purchasing my wife a new tiguan in the future, there is no way will it be from you. More

Jordan greeted us as soon as we arrived and he was helpful right away. He asked all the right questions to find out what we were looking for and what our needs were based on our family and then found helpful right away. We really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell us outside of the range we planned to spend when we walked in. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle's features as well as what was available in the different trims. We had a ton of questions and he was able to answer them without missing a beat. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Jordan! More
