Your customer service experience at OKCVW is our top priority, and we want you and all our customers to be confident in any future services needed! At OKC VW, we work rigorously to provide 100% transparent service. This transparency starts immediately during check-in. These inspection reports help us provide any required service recommendations and maintenance items upfront with videos. These reports and videos show zero disconnect from the customer's automobile to provide consumer confidence in approving needed service recommendations. We have retrieved all documentation and information concerning your recent visit. You specifically requested our free video inspection and did not approve our service team to complete a full diagnostic inspection on your Tiguan. Our team noticed a red-severity level in its condition upon arrival and needed to provide recommendations, but due to the diagnostic fees being denied, our team was not granted the opportunity to complete it. Our team would love the opportunity to provide you with a full-service diagnostic! We offer extended warranties and financial services for larger service bills to help customers keep their cars in excellent running condition!
