Ended with them "fixing" the issue by 'giving' me the key fob I didn't order to begin with. I've been going to this VW location for years but after this, I'm not sure I'll ever go back. More
Rocky communicated consistently during the process. The overall service dept is top notch and I won’t hesitate to return for all of my VW needs. The overall service dept is top notch and I won’t hesitate to return for all of my VW needs. More

I've bought ALL four of my Passat's from this location. I was in a car accident and was looking to purchase a new Passat but was told they no longer make them. We decided on a Jetta SEL. I'm waiting for it to get here from Texas but I know I will be pleased. I appreciate all the help we received from Lewis Jones and the rest of the staff, they made us feel like we were VIP's! More
Not much has been honored, it’s a mess anytime we have to come, and it always cost a lot more than we discussed. This time things were done to car we never talked about. Said you had tires, drive from Stillw come, and it always cost a lot more than we discussed. This time things were done to car we never talked about. Said you had tires, drive from Stillwater to find you don’t have in stock. Front and back end looks awful with chipped parts but since it was post manufacturing you all can’t do anything apparently. We love the car but will do not business again in future. More
Came in for a diagnostic for a check engine light. Paid astronomical price for whatever was done ($550). Two days later, light came back on. Went back in to get checked out, same code as the first tim Paid astronomical price for whatever was done ($550). Two days later, light came back on. Went back in to get checked out, same code as the first time. Turns out they missed the first time, and tried to charge me almost $1k for an $84 piece of plastic. You’d think they would run another diagnostic before clearing me to make sure they fixed what was “broke” the first time. Because I turned down the service, they insisted I paid for the test which is almost $200. I refused to pay again considering it was the SAME code and left with my car. So I basically paid for something I did not need the first time. I went to a family friend a replaced the piece for $5. Rocky was nice. I just feel that I wasn’t compensated for what I paid for and wasted my money. And I blame VW for the unfair service, more so than my mechanic. More
