Oklahoma City Volkswagen - Service Center

Took my car in for an oil service because the dealership said it's been a while and it needed it. When we got there we were told we have used up our two oil changes under the maintenance warranty and we ne said it's been a while and it needed it. When we got there we were told we have used up our two oil changes under the maintenance warranty and we needed to pay for the oil change. For some reason this car had its oil changed at 5k and 8k miles. If it wasn't the car saying it needed constant service it didn't need it was the dealership contacting me for constant service it didn't need. The car had 13k miles on it and should have needed one oil change by now....it has had three. On top of that my check engine light came on during the ride home, turns out the oil fill cap wasn't screwed on, and whoever filed up the wiper fluid got half of it all over the engine bay.. I'll be taking my car somewhere else for service from now on. More
