Based on your 3-star review it appears we have not met your expectations. Furthermore, your review has prompted our team to investigate your complaint and this is what we have found. Upon your arrival our Service team advised you of a crack/chip in your windshield in which you acknowledged. We are DEFINITELY not in the business of breaking customers windshields. However, we do appreciate the opportunity to perform the work that was done and regret your decision to not continue doing business with the #1 Volkswagen dealership in the OKC METRO over a broken windshield that was not done by our team. IF IT WAS THIS WOULD BE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT RESPONSE, and MOREOVER, we would have corrected it IMMEDIATELY. This review is unfounded. WOW, just WOW!

Upon my arrival? How could I have done that? I did not drop off my vehicle at the dealership, therefore your team did not advise me for any crack/chip nor could I acknowledge this. Also, There isn’t any annotation of a vehicle inspection that documented there was a crack/chip when the tow truck dropped it off. If there was such damage to the windshield before the work started why wasn’t it mentioned and annotated to avoid issues. I just checked the “Quik.auto” inspection report, and under “windshield condition” the box is checked green. It’s checked green because it wasn’t cracked when it was dropped off! The point remains that my windshield was not in the same condition when returned to me as when it was when dropped off. #1 VW dealership who takes advantage of its customers and doesn’t take responsibility for damages they cause! Took my $5500 and gave me a broken windshield, thanks ya thieves! This review is nothing but accurate and truthful.
