This was a very frustrating experience as we ordered a brand new 2026 Dodge Durango Hellcat and it was defective out of the factory with a fuel LEAK, which was greatly minimized by the sales manager, Jaso brand new 2026 Dodge Durango Hellcat and it was defective out of the factory with a fuel LEAK, which was greatly minimized by the sales manager, Jason. We had previously purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango Hemi from this dealership which was still under factory warranty and they greatly low-balled us on the trade in, but added about 3K when we protested. We ordered retracting electric outer rearview mirrors, which it did not come with and the red hellcat side logo but were charged for which it did not come with. We were initially charged an outrageous interest rate until we protested and were trying to pass it off and get us to sign the papers. I cannot express how greatly disappointed I am with this transaction and I am not sure if I will ever buy from them again. When the car arrived from Detroit the sales manager, Jason briefly said the vehicle would be ready for delivery after they did a pre-delivery inspection and then quickly said he wanted to put it on the showroom floor for viewing. I think the inspection did not occur since the fuel line was leaking fuel which could have resulted in an explosion. The sales manager seemed more interested in pimping our Hellcat that ensuring it was safe to drive!! I was seriously considering buying a new 2027 Dodge TRX with the promised return of the Hellcat motor, but after this I will stick with my trusted Ford Raptor. The only reason I am not issuing this dealership a one star is because of the finance manager, Brian Goines, who made an effort to correct some of the financing problems and for the salesman, Mike Powers, who is a decent guy, but this transaction was still a nightmare. I doubt if this dealership will make any effort to get the red matching Hellcat logo on the fenders or the retractable electric windows that we ordered and paid for, but my expectations of this place has been greatly diminished. Mike Powers and management was top notch and made the buying experience great. No dealer add ons and gimmicks were great and they really did as well as possible on my trade in and lowered the price of th buying experience great. I brought my Wrangler 4xe in for warranty work while it was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had a field tech look at it, it was out of warranty so they wouldn't get paid to fix it. They tried to tell me that it is designed to squeak during operation. This is a vehicle that is 3 years old. They've lost most of their leadership, and the new crew isn't any better. Greg Russel, the operations manager, doesn't evened bother to read service notes before telling you he can't help you. Do not bring your vehicle to this dealer for service. There is better Jeep dealer service just 10 minutes away. More
On 12/16/25 I brought my 2015 Ram 1500 / 24815 miles in for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel balance. I met Service Advisor Brian Bahr who was very helpful, patient and attentive to my needs. It was a good experience , however I made my appointment with the automated system and Brian didn't know anything about it. So it delayed my service time and I had to wait for 3 hrs before my tires were put with the automated system and Brian didn't know anything about it. I called at 9am and the lady on the phone said they had an opening for 11:30 for an oil change. Upon arrival there were several cars in the bay. I will be finding another place for my buisness from here on in. This is the 2nd strike for this service dept. More
