The dealership remodel is nice and the lounge has comfortable seating. I came in for my normal oil change, before I came in I called and I was told it would be $109.95 plus tax. They have a car wash on site and if you ask for it they usually do it no questions asked. When I went in yesterday Luke the service advisor greeted me with a smile, but when he quoted me $129.95 I told him they said $109.95 for the special with tire rotation over the phone. He said he would honor it. I asked about washing my car and at first he said “oh it’s down right now” when I mentioned I called before I came in and they said “no problem, we can do that too” Luke changed his tone and said “oh, I’ll check”. I was disappointed when I went to check out he never mentioned shop fees and when you quote someone you should include that and not just plus tax. I paid it. When I got to my car it was clear they had not rotated my tires or did a 23 point inspection as they claim to do in every vehicle. I say this cause my tire pressure sign was still on and it was the same back left tire that was low in air. They usually give me a sheet that tells me where my tire tread is and if I needed any liquids topped off or filled etc. I was not given that sheet this time. I know others would have went back in and asked why didn’t you do this, this and this, but I was ready to go and at that point I didn’t want to go back in and speak with him cause the vibe/energy he was putting off at that point seemed as if he was annoyed with me for questioning the rate and the car wash. Plus, he did end up washing my car and I did appreciate that. More
