I evidentally bought a 2025 lemon. I live 45 mins away and have spent more time trying to get truck fixed than actually driving it. I know things happen, but my time is valuable. Perhaps when someone buys a new $90k vehicle and it is leaking power steering fluid, offer to come pick it up instead of telling them when it's convenient for you for me to drop my truck off for days. Did a nice job with the work that was completed but could’ve told me in advance that not all work would be able to get done in the time scheduled. Additionally, needing to bring my car back and leave i could’ve told me in advance that not all work would be able to get done in the time scheduled. Additionally, needing to bring my car back and leave it for 2+ days to get diagnostics seems off. I’m thinking if I make an appointment I should be able to drop it for a handful of hours or the day but get it back same day. More
