The service department is a complete circle jerk! As a customer, I shouldn't have to call daily to find out the status of my truck it should be the service writer calling me. Brian has zero customer servi customer, I shouldn't have to call daily to find out the status of my truck it should be the service writer calling me. Brian has zero customer service skills. He is horrible about telling you that he'll call you back only to leave work early and not call you back for two or three days. He could care less if your vehicle is being worked on or stuck out in the lot. He acts like you're bothering him if you call in to find out what is going on with your vehicle.
