This is now TWICE that this has happened. Jacob and Olathe dodge also failed to mention to me before I shelled out 100.00 that the part I got replaced was actually a RECALL! I will be notifying Jeep/Fiat of this. Found our due to the oil change guy (Mitch) scanning my car and seeing that come up. Fan assembly. A bushing issue. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership. From now on, my business is going to go to a different dodge dealership. My car never runs the same coming from you guys. There’s always some excuse. And I’ve had nothing but great experiences from Overland Park when my old Jeep was involved in an accident so severe that it needed frame work. You couldn’t even tell. I wouldn’t trust that work in Olathe Dodges hands. Over my dead body. Especially not with a baby on the way. You want to wheel and deal people out of the door. You don’t care how much money that customer has spent on that vehicle. As a high level manager in the customer service industry, this isn’t how to handle customer service. This is just plain lack of respect. I will not send anyone your way. I will steer them far away. Awful dealership. More

Low communication and confusion I used the online to schedule the service. It allowed for 7/4. I went to the store and it was closed for the 4th holiday. I called on the 5th and they I used the online to schedule the service. It allowed for 7/4. I went to the store and it was closed for the 4th holiday. I called on the 5th and they said bring it in. I checked it in and the person asked if I was staying or leaving the truck. I said leaving and he said he would give me a call once done. He expected it to be later in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. Midday on the 6th I called. It took a couple calls to know if the truck was done. I finally went and waited on the truck to be finished mid afternoon. Once I receive my bill they forgot to quote replacement of my windshield. They also added a misc charge not connected to my repair and explained it as a manufacturer charge based on labor sales on the ticket. So what was supposed to be a 14k service job was spread over two days and cost me >$400. I paid for maintenance at the purchase of the vehicle. They neglected to tell me that only includes oil/filters and not the full vehicle. Not how it was sold by the salesman and closing agent. I also asked for a quote on replacing my windshield, but never received it on the paperwork. I went back to the service writer and asked for it. He said he would work me up a quote but I never received it as well. More

The sales-trade in-purchasing-financing-drive away process was smooth enough. Subsequent follow-up for details that could not be taken care of on a weekend purchase have been good. Overall, there was not personality or drama that amplified the emotion of committing to a >$30K purchase. I truly appreciate that calm transactional approach. More
