The cost was one thing. The diagnostic of the radio was outrageous. I was told I needed a new one at the cost of $800. After I called the warranty company they told me I need to have the dealership initiate the warranty claim. I called Olathe Dodge back and they told me I have to drop the truck off again for a diagnostic so they can initiate a claim. Why was that not done when they had the truck and I claimed I had a warranty? It seems like I wasted my time. So now I have to make another appointment and go without my truck for a period of time and they already know what the problem is. More

The guy that checked me in when I arrived was very pleasant and polite! The oil change was fine, but they forgot to check the rest of the fluids on the engine. I did not have any coolant or d-icer.
