I am 59, and Laura was like a niece helping her old uncle. Nathan in finance was so nice, too. He informed me of the possibilities I could get extra, but did not pressure me at all. I felt he was "on my side," if you will. I did buy a oil-change maintenance plan because I trusted Nathan. My entire experience was really great: I got there at 10:00am and was driving my new, beautiful car home at 12:15pm. I highly recommend Olathe Jeep. (Jon the sales manager was great, too🤓.) More
