Its been 10 years since i entered the dealership - last week, after my daughter's unfortunate accident with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee (no one hurt fortunately), and needed to find a new vehicle. The sales staff (MikeG and DanS-Sales Mgr) were true professionals. They let me proceed at my own pace, not pushy, and showed me their available inventory for a solid $$cost comparison. Numbers were good, and we closed on the spot. Also, 3 days before, dealing with the collision shop (Rodney Ferguson-Mgr) was another remarkable experience. We guided me thru the claims and repair process - Jeep was a total - and helped me make the best decision .
