amazing people I got contacted by Sabrina one of their Internet specialist and also by Ronnie Mills one of their managers they both were very helpful and willing to I got contacted by Sabrina one of their Internet specialist and also by Ronnie Mills one of their managers they both were very helpful and willing to work with me and doing everything they could and are still working with me to see what they can do for me with what I have to deal with in my trade I appreciate their hard work and their honesty and respect they have for customers . And I will be sending people out to see them in the future any time that they need a vehicle the reason I went out there is because of a buddy of mine named Scott Ray who bought a Chrysler 200 out there and love the nature of the way they do business. I feel Sabrina and Ronnie are true customer oriented and want to work hard for the customers and if it was not for them I would not be looking to buy vehicle out there because I don't feel that I got that from everybody but I sure did from them and I'm hoping that this works out Joshua Dorries More

Not keeping his word I cant pick zero stars, 1 star is 1 to many. I called Kallan to pick up a car from another dealership. He tried an couldnt get it but wanted to s I cant pick zero stars, 1 star is 1 to many. I called Kallan to pick up a car from another dealership. He tried an couldnt get it but wanted to sell me another car, that was more expensive. I said I was going to offer 24500 for the original car anyway. Kallan countered back with 25200 and he would wave the addition cost of packages on his car he was trying to sell me. Kallan then said I had to finance through Dodge. I agreed to run a credit report IF they could offer a competitve APR, he agreed. The next day I had to call in to check on status. Kallan couldnt be found, he didnt say he was off the night before. I asked to talk to finance to hold running my credit. I was transfered to Bill. I asked Bill if it had been ran. He didnt know and cant do anything about it just the internet dept. I asked to be transfered. Bill refused to transfer me because he didnt know my name(?). Which resulted in Bill hanging up on me. I called the front desk and was transfered to the internet dept.-no problems, thanks for nothing Bill. I asked this person to hold running my credit, she said she couldnt, I said to cancel it. Now...she says she may be able to hold it bit someone would have to call me back, I cancelled. IMMEDIATLEY after hanging up I was contacted by Brendon. Brendon said he is the sales manager for the day taken over for Kallan, that wasnt available (Brendon isnt listed as a manager below). I had to bring Brendon up to speed, he agreed to 25,200 for the price and finally after multiple calls from 8-12pm we had the finance done. Brendon says the sales tax amount BUT the price of the car had went to 26,700!!! I asked what happen? He said paperwork fees and I cant even tell what the others were. I said we agreed on 25,200 or I would of never gave you permission to run my credit for 1500 MORE! Brendon finally said the paper work fee is on website $299. The car price still went up 1200! He had no answer for 1200. I said no deal, IMMEDIALTY after hanging up, guess who is all the sudden available?....Kallan. Kallan says that 25,200 was never the price! I asked how come he is available all the sudden calling, didn't tell me he wasnt working today and Brendan isn't on the same page. Kallan basically loses his mind and calls me a DONKEY(because I cant type what he said which was similar) in the middle of a rant! I said excuse me? He says Im acting like one. Like one what? Kallan says an donkey So I guess 25,200 was never really the price, just to lose the sale for $299 in paperwork fees and now my credit was ran for nothing. Buyer beware of fast talking nonsense and double team act is just to get you in the door and hope you fall in love with car so they can pile on fees at the end. More
