Mike, Jr., Andy, and Jerry were all courteous, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Well after the service consolation I decided I wanted a new Wrangler so Mike Sr. took over. What a pleasure it was to deal with him. He was incredibly knowledgable and answered all my questions. Then he asked me some questions of his own so he could help me pick the best possible vehicle with the best options within my price range. I went on line and contacted a young lady, Celia Edmond that stayed on me, letting me know the status of the vehicle and trying to set up a time for my wife and I to see it, WITHOUT being pushy! Once I went to the dealership immediately my wife and I were greeted by Theo Shaw their Sales Consultant. Theo got the car ready for my wife and I to drive, and was very informative on the vehicle. We bought the car and we are very happy with it! The same day we bought it I found a screw in on of the one of the new tires Sales Manager Joe Van Houtan took car of my problem almost before I could get to the waiting room! Overall Good Experience The salesman: Richard "RB" Brown. Very nice salesman knew what he was talking about and gave me options after listening to me tell him what I wanted. Brought up a truck, threw me the keys, and off I went. That truck wasn't the one I wanted so we did some more looking, found what I wanted, and again was handed keys right away and off I went. I can't say enough good things about RB. Don't be in too much of a rush. I took three or four days, but finally got the price and financing to the point I needed to go ahead and buy. Maybe could have gotten an even better deal if I would have held out a little longer, but the new Rams are nice, and I wanted it. DO be sure everyone is on the same page before signing anything. There were a few changes that had to be made, but everyone involved got it done, and promptly. The dealership itself appears clean and well run. Had a minor issue with the new truck but RB got me right into the service department. The had to order the part, but no big deal. I'll go back when it comes in. I don't mind driving my new truck around. And if they get me in and out as quickly as they did the first time, life will be wonderful. More

He is a knowledgeable salesman and doesn't use high pressure sales tactics, and I genuinely enjoyed work I worked with Dan Hicks over a 3 day period.
